财联社12月30日电，江波龙(301308.SZ)公告称，公司拟通过全资子公司Lexar Europe B.V.以自有及/或自筹现金4608万美元购买控股子公司Zilia Eletrônicos的19%股权，交易完成后，公司将持有Zilia Eletrônicos 100%股权。Zilia Eletrônicos 主要从事存储器的制造及销售，并基于其自身掌握的存储芯片封装测试和 SMT 的制造能力，服务巴西客户并在巴西市场处于领先地位。
