格隆汇12月29日丨启明医疗-B(02500.HK)公告，于2025年12月29日，卖方啓明医疗(香港)有限公司(为公司的全资附属公司)与买方Broncus China Holding Corporation订立股份转让协议，据此，卖方同意出售而买方同意购买销售股份(Valgen的157,800股B轮优先股)，代价为1500万美元，占被投资公司Valgen Holding Corporation于本公告日期已发行股份总数(按全面摊薄及已转换基准)约1.05%。
