格隆汇12月28日丨金岩高岭新材(02693.HK)公布，与全球发售有关的稳定价格期已于2025年12月28日(即递交香港公开发售申请截止日期后第30日)结束。整体协调人(为其本身及代表国际包销商)于稳定价格期并无行使超额配股权，而超额配股权于2025年12月28日失效。因此，公司未曾亦不会根据超额配股权发行任何H股。
