上大股份（301522）发布公告，持股5%以上股东国投矿业投资有限公司在2025年12月25日至2025年12月26日期间，通过集中竞价交易方式合计减持公司股份300万股，占公司总股本的0.81%。此次权益变动导致国投矿业的持股比例由13.45%减少至12.64%，触及1%的整数倍。此次减持计划尚未实施完毕。
