人民财讯12月28日电，泰国和柬埔寨边界总委员会第三次会议当地时间12月27日在泰国尖竹汶府边境口岸举行。会议发表联合声明承诺，双方从当天12时起实施停火。柬埔寨和泰国28日分别通报称，自27日中午12时双方停火开始，前线形势平稳，未发生交火。
