格隆汇12月26日丨中信海直(000099.SZ)公布，公司拟向华融金租经营性租赁1架AW139直升机，租期15年，每架不含税月租金为89320欧元，15年租金共计16,077,600欧元，折合人民币约133,444,080元（按照欧元兑人民币汇率8.3折算）。占公司最近一期（2024年度）经审计总资产的1.89%，占归属于公司股东净资产（归属于上市公司股东的所有者权益）的2.51%。
