以下诊所因诊所自愿终止执业活动，符合《北京市诊所备案管理暂行办法》第二十四条规定的情形之一，现我委依法予以撤销该诊所备案。
自公告之日起任何单位或个人不得以被撤销诊所的名义开展诊疗活动，违者将依法追究法律责任。
