格隆汇12月26日丨海航控股(600221.SH)公布，公司之控股子公司海航技术拟以1元人民币受让北方重工持有的北翔科技未实缴的38.8％股权。本次交易后北翔科技仍为海航技术控股子公司，持股比例由51%增加至89.8%。
本次交易构成关联交易，但不构成重大资产重组。
