12月26日，会稽山（601579）发布公告，控股股东中建信浙江公司于2025年12月25日解除质押844万股，占其所持股份的5.66%及公司总股本的1.76%；解除质押后，累计质押股份为1.05亿股，占其持股总数的70.44%及公司总股本的21.91%。
2025年前三季度，会稽山实现收入12.12亿元，归母净利润1.16亿元。
