辽宁省发改委印发《辽宁省推动绿电直连建设实施方案（2025-2027 年）》的通知。通知提到，绿电直连应按照“以荷定源”原则科学确定新能源电源类型和装机规模。并网型绿电直连整体新能源年自发自用电量占总可用发电量的比例应不低于60%，占总用电量的比例应不低于30%，2030年前不低于35%。
