安通控股公告，中外运集运与中化资管于2025年7月11日签署《股份转让协议》，中化资管拟将8290.9万股(占1.9593%)无限售流通股按每股3.2元转让予中外运集运，总价2.65亿元，已获国资产权〔2025〕522号批复。交割后，中外运集运持股增至4.28亿股、10.1048%，中化资管降为0。本次转让仍待上交所合规确认及中登公司过户。
