12月24日，德众汽车（920030）发布公告，公司二级子公司湖南金瑞新能源科技有限公司因碳酸锂生产线的建设需求，向湖南宏科智能装备有限公司采购火法段所需设备产品及服务，采购资产交易金额达4991万元，构成关联交易。
2025年前三季度，德众汽车实现收入17.65亿元，归母净利润-805万元。
