广汽集团公告称，董事会于近日收到副总经理郑衡的《辞职函》，因个人身体原因，他申请辞去副总经理职务，离任时间为2025年12月23日，原定任期到2028年3月27日，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。郑衡不存在未履行完毕的公开承诺，其离任不影响公司正常生产经营。
