冬日的甘泉县道镇府村川水库，澄澈碧水如翡翠镶嵌大地，金黄芦苇在岸边随风轻摆。鸳鸯结对在水中亲昵嬉戏，成群野鸭列队划过水面，漾起层层涟漪。飞鸟掠水而过，与碧水、芦苇相映成趣，勾勒出独有的冬日生态画卷，尽显当地生态保护的喜人成果。
