亚世光电12月24日公告，公司董事会近日收到董事、副总裁林雪峰的书面辞职报告，林雪峰因个人原因申请辞去公司副总裁职务，辞去前述职务后，林雪峰仍担任公司第五届董事会董事、董事会战略委员会委员及提名委员会委员职务。林雪峰的辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。
