财联社12月23日电，据央视新闻，当地时间12月23日，美国国土安全部发布新规，正式以“加权选择”机制取代H-1B签证原有的随机抽签制度，优先向高薪岗位申请人发放签证。该规则将于2026年2月27日生效，在2026年春季H-1B签证申请季开始前实施。
