Dear clients, partners, and team members,

As the year comes to a close, I would like to take a moment to thank you—our customers, our partners, and our employees—for your continued trust, support, and hard work.

2025 has been a tough year. Market conditions have been challenging. and competition has been intense. To be straightforward, the company did not deliver the profits we had hoped for. That said, we stayed operational, met our commitments, and kept our team together. That is something we should all be proud of.

To our clients, thank you for choosing to work with us during a difficult period. Your confidence means a great deal to us.

To our employees, I want to personally thank you for your dedication and resilience. Because of our overall financial results, this year’s bonuses will be more modest. I know this is not easy, and I truly appreciate your kind understanding. This decision is about protecting the long-term health of the company.

To our suppliers and partners, I want to be very clear: we will honor our commitments. All outstanding payments will be settled in full and on schedule. Integrity and accountability remain non-negotiable for us.

Looking ahead, we are focused on improving execution, strengthening our business, and moving forward with discipline and confidence. With trust and collaboration, we believe that better opportunities are ahead.

Finally, to each and every one of you, have a merry Christmas and a happy new year.
