12月22日，天山股份发布《关于公开挂牌转让子公司产能指标的公告》称，天山材料股份有限公司（简称“公司”）为最大程度发挥现有产能价值，结合生产线实际情况，公司所属子公司拟将下属1条水泥熟料生产线的产能指标以公开挂牌方式进行转让（简称“本次交易”），拟挂牌的产能指标合计4200t/d，折合126万吨，拟挂牌转让金额约9954万元。
