12月23日，中国核电（601985）发布公告，关于公司副总经理于开治的提前离任情况。于开治于2025年12月17日辞去副总经理职务，原定任期到期日为2028年1月20日，离任原因为工作原因。
于开治仍将继续在公司及其控股子公司担任职务，包括控股子公司中核华电河北核电有限公司董事及全资子公司中核核能开发（北京）有限公司法定代表人、董事、经理等。
2025年前三季度，中国核电实现收入616.35亿元，归母净利润80.02亿元。
