新华网（603888）发布公告，公司首席运营官孙巍因工作调动申请辞职，离任时间为2025年12月23日，原定任期到期日为2027年1月22日。辞职后，孙巍不再担任公司其他任何职务，并已按照公司相关规定完成离任交接工作。
截至公告日，孙巍未持有公司股份，亦不存在应当履行而未履行的承诺事项。
2025年前三季度，新华网实现收入13.06亿元，归母净利润2.03亿元。
