12月22日，红旗连锁（002697）发布公告，持股5%以上股东永辉超市股份有限公司因自身资金需求，计划通过集中竞价减持不超过1360万股，占公司总股本的1%；同时拟通过大宗交易方式减持不超过2720万股，占公司总股本的2%。
2025年前三季度，红旗连锁实现收入71.08亿元，归母净利润3.83亿元。
