12月15日-12月21日，北京市商品住宅成交650套，成交金额48.35亿元。其中，位于海淀宝山的北京隅·海岄以36套、0.47万㎡、4.03亿元的成绩，成为上周全市新房网签周度金额冠军。
作为金隅地产在北京打造的第三座“北京隅”产品，北京隅·海岄共规划13栋6-11F、458户洋房，主打建面108㎡/129㎡/145㎡三居四居改善产品，层高约3-3.1米。
