12月22日，碧桂园在港交所公告，为便利工作费用安排，董事会议决批准根据一般授权发行135,591,359股股份予GLAS Agency (Hong Kong) Limited，发行价为每股0.40港元。GLAS HK将代表公司在合理切实可行情况下尽快出售（或促成出售）该等一般授权项下协调委员会工作费用股份，借以结付应以现金形式支付予协调委员会的部分工作费用。
