中再资环（600217）发布公告，公司董事长邢宏伟于2025年12月19日递交辞职报告，因个人原因申请辞去公司第八届董事会董事长、董事、董事会战略委员会主任委员及委员和薪酬与考核委员会委员等职务，同时不再担任公司法定代表人。辞职后，邢宏伟不再担任公司任何职务。
2025年前三季度，中再资环实现收入24.49亿元，归母净利润-3.73亿元。
