12月19日，华数传媒（000156）发布公告，持股5%以上股东西湖电子集团有限公司因自身战略发展及经营需求，计划在2026年1月14日至2026年4月13日期间，通过集中竞价方式减持不超过1853万股，不超过公司总股本的1%。
2025年前三季度，华数传媒实现收入64.07亿元，归母净利润3.49亿元。
