悦达国际控股(00629)发布公告，于2025年12月19日，本公司间接全资附属公司悦达商业保理与滨海经发订立保理协议 (滨海经发保理协议)。根据滨海经发保理协议，悦达商业保理同意向滨海经发提供应收账款融资、应收账款管理服务及应收账款收款服务(应收账款服务)并授予循环信贷限额人民币5000万元，年利率及保理管理费之和为8%至9%，自2025年12月19日起生效及于2026年12月23日到期。
