智通财经APP讯，海联讯(300277.SZ)公告，深圳证券交易所已于2025年12月18日出具了《关于杭州汽轮动力集团股份有限公司股票终止上市的决定》，决定对杭汽轮股票予以终止上市。杭汽轮股票自2025年12月22日起终止上市。公司换股吸收合并杭汽轮暨关联交易事项的股权登记日为2025年12月19日，股权登记日收市后杭汽轮股东持有的杭汽轮股票将按照1:1的比例转换为海联讯的股票。
