在前期系统研究、广泛调研和组织多轮技术论证的基础上，12月15日，深圳市低空经济产业协会面向低空经济关键基础领域，集中发布两项高质量团体标准——《低空通信网络建设规范》（T/SZDKXH 0001—2025）和《民用中小型无人驾驶航空器空中交通管理四维航迹数据定义及数据接口要求》（T/SZDKXH 0002—2025），率先在低空通信网络与无人机运行管理领域构建统一、可实施的基础规则。
