12月16日，*ST金比（002762）发布公告，公司的全资子公司广东金发母婴向关联方林燕菁续租位于汕头市金砂路99号君悦华庭的房产，共计708平米，租赁价格为每平米月租金100元，租期自2026年1月1日起至2028年12月31日止，共3年。
此次交易构成关联交易，因林燕菁与公司董事长林国栋为兄妹关系。
2025年前三季度，*ST金比实现收入2.63亿元，归母净利润-7897万元。
