12月16日，渤海轮渡（603167）发布公告，张志伟因个人原因、李召新因年龄原因申请辞去公司副总经理职务。辞职后，张志伟、李召新不再担任公司任何职务。
2025年前三季度，渤海轮渡实现收入14.28亿元，归母净利润2.72亿元。
