财联社12月16日电，北京金融监管局网站12月16日发布消息称，为持续深入开展不动产信托财产登记试点工作，进一步扩大政策惠及面，北京金融监管局和北京市规划自然资源委决定将北京市不动产信托财产登记试点有效期延长至2028年12月31日，持续推动政策优化，力争取得更大突破。
