PayPal（纳斯达克：PYPL）已向犹他州申请工业银行牌照并向 FDIC 申请存款保险，计划成立 PayPal Bank，为小微企业提供贷款并向客户提供计息储蓄账户，且将与信用卡网络合作。PayPal 目前通过与 Paxos 合作发行稳定币 PYUSD，已支持钱包间加密转账与“加密支付”等功能。（CoinDesk）
