摘 要 / Abstract
Global governance is undergoing profound transformations. In this context, the BRICS countries - and the grouping itself - have sought to play a meaningful role pushing for reforms aimed at making global governance more inclusive and balanced. Accordingly, the BRICS hold the potential to act as a driving force for national and international development, as well as for the strengthening of multilateralism. This presentation examines Brazil’s trajectory within the BRICS from 2009 to 2025, delineating three distinct phases of engagement: 2009–2015, 2016–2022, and 2023 to the present.
