《科创板日报》15日讯，SK海力士已向新加坡ASMPT公司订购了一批新的热压键合机（TCB），以支持HBM4的生产。据悉，SK海力士上个月向ASMPT订购了7套TC键合系统，每套系统配备两个键合头。每套系统单价约为40亿韩元，合同总金额估计约为300亿韩元。 (TheElec)
