12月12日，*ST炼石（000697）发布公告，申请撤销退市风险警示。
公司重整计划已执行完毕，因被法院裁定受理重整而触及的退市风险警示情形已经消除。公司根据《深圳证券交易所股票上市规则》相关规定，向深圳证券交易所申请撤销因重整而实施的退市风险警示。
2025年前三季度，*ST炼石实现收入13.60亿元，归母净利润-1.75亿元。
