格隆汇12月12日｜英国《金融时报》引述消息人士称，汇丰控股(0005.HK)为削减成本，已终止已有160年历史的管理层培训计划。该计划是为内部寻找有潜在晋升机会，成为管理层的行政人员向其提供培训。消息人士称，取消管理层培训计划是行政总裁艾桥智(Georges Elhedery)去年上任后作出的决定。两名前行政总裁欧智华(Stuart Gulliver)及范宁(John Flint)是该计划参与者。
