记者日前从上海海关了解到，今年前11个月，上海港进出国际航行船舶4.2万艘次，比去年同期增长2.4%，创历史同期新高；以浦东国际机场为代表的上海空港口岸出入境航班超22万架次，同比增长13.6%。
