新京报贝壳财经讯 12月10日，中指研究院发布监测数据显示，2025年1-11月，全国法拍市场各类法拍房源累计挂拍数量64.9万套，同比下降6.5%；最终成交拍品数量为15.2万套，同比下降3.5%；总成交金额2253.9亿元，同比下降23.9%。其中一线城市成交法拍住宅房源6345套，成交总金额328.1亿元，成交均价36318元/平方米。
