格隆汇12月8日丨中贝通信(603220.SH)公布，为满足公司全资子公司安徽新能源日常经营需要，提升公司的营运能力，公司拟以自有资金或自筹资金对安徽新能源增资人民币15,000万元（“本次增资”）。本次增资完成后，安徽新能源注册资本将由人民币15,000万元增加至人民币30,000万元。同时，董事会提请授权公司管理层或其指定的人员办理后续增资及工商变更等具体事宜。
