12月7日（采访），内蒙古包头，小伙靠节食体重从200斤减到150斤，“一天一顿2个拳头的菜半个拳头的馒头”，吃麻辣烫时昏倒面部趴在了滚烫的碗里，“当时吃了块肉，闭着眼睛往下咽，就感觉身上特别冷，然后等咽下去的时候就没知觉了。整个辣汤扑在我伤口和眼镜上，特别疼，特别辣。”（大象新闻）
