12月4日（报道），四川西昌市一19岁小伙为救跳河女友不幸溺亡，两人相识不久正闹矛盾，家人称小伙不会游泳，女方跳水前曾说：“你不理我，我就跳河”，家属：女方只垫付了4万余元安葬费，此后再未露面也未参加葬礼，律师： 男女朋友在法律上无明确救助义务。（红星新闻）
