刘国平不幸去世，年仅25岁

据三湘都市报，25岁的湖南衡阳籍医学生刘国平，不幸遭遇车祸，年轻的生命戛然而止。

Liu Guoping, a 25-year-old medical student from Hengyang, Hunan province, died unexpectedly in a traffic accident, cutting short a life dedicated to pursuing medicine and saving others.

成为医者是他的理想，救人生命是他想要肩负的使命。最理解孩子的妈妈郑女士，悲痛之余做出大爱的决定——捐献刘国平的器官，以此实现孩子梦想，也让他生命以另一种方式延续。

Driven by a profound desire to heal, Liu had long aimed to serve as a doctor. In a decision reflecting both deep grief and remarkable compassion, his mother, Ms Zheng, chose to donate his organs — honoring his ideals and allowing his legacy to live on.

12月3日晚，南华大学附属第二医院，刘国平捐出4个器官，两个组织。这份“生命礼物”，将助4名器官衰竭患者重获新生、2名角膜盲症患者重见光明。

On Wednesday night at the Second Affiliated Hospital of University of South China, Liu gave four organs and two types of tissue. The donations are expected to provide four patients with organ failure a new chance at life and restore vision to two others suffering from corneal blindness.

刘国平多次参与义务献血。

“儿子是我的心头肉，我舍不得他。”郑女士含泪表示，儿子骤然离开，她心痛不已，“他多次献血，对生命敬畏，满腔赤诚。所以我要帮孩子实现这个想法，尽力去帮助需要帮助的人。”

"My son was truly dear to me; letting go is heartbreaking," Zheng shared. "He believed deeply in helping others — he donated blood regularly and held life in the highest respect. By donating his organs, I am carrying out what he would have wanted, and offering hope to those in need."
