当地时间3日深夜，俄方任命的扎波罗热地区负责人巴利茨基称，乌军炮击致该地区西北部2113户断电。
巴利茨基在社交平台发布了这一消息。他称，炮击使该地区电力能源基础设施受损。据介绍，消息发布时，炮击仍在继续，因此无法开始抢修工作。
乌克兰方面对此暂无回应。
