2日，哈尔滨最低气温达到-20℃，寒风刺骨。第38届太阳岛雪博会和第27届冰雪大世界的建设现场却是一派热火朝天的施工景象。近万名工人昼夜奋战，顶风冒雪，用一双双手雕琢冰雕雪塑，在严寒中书写着“冰城速度”，只为让今冬的童话世界如期绽放。
