12月3日是国际残疾人日。12月2日，浙江省兰溪市残联组织残疾人开展藤编技能培训活动。20余名学员在藤编能手指导下，学习藤编基础技法。据介绍，当地残联将把藤艺编织作为助残项目进行推广，帮助残疾人实现自我价值与社会融入。本报通讯员 胡肖飞 摄
