安泰科技12月2日公告，公司第九届董事会第四次临时会议审议通过了《安泰科技股份有限公司关于聘任高级管理人员的议案》，同意聘任刘劲松、刘涛为公司副总经理，聘任王琳琳为公司财务总监兼财务负责人，刘劲松不再担任公司财务总监兼财务负责人。上述高级管理人员任期与第九届董事会任期一致。
