人民财讯12月2日电，企查查APP显示，近日，四川航空集团有限责任公司发生工商变更，新增四川省宜宾五粮液集团有限公司为股东，同时注册资本由4.17亿元增至12.19亿元。企查查信息显示，该公司成立于1988年，法定代表人为李越，经营范围包含：通用航空服务；民用航空器维修；房地产开发经营等，现由四川发展（控股）有限责任公司、四川省宜宾五粮液集团有限公司共同持股。
