在上海浦东，一座百年老厂房近日基本完成更新改造，即将变身成为一处创意休闲及创新创业的空间。这条“烟火长廊”可实现与周边居民的互动；附近的杨思港亲水平台将承载多样化社区活动；几幢老建筑中引入咖啡、轻食、潮流服装、体育健身俱乐部等融合业态；未来还将引入创意集市。
