11月28日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局鄂州监管分局行政处罚信息公开表显示，中国农业发展银行鄂州市分行因项目资本金审查不到位，被处以罚款30万元。同时，相关责任人陈佳被予以警告。作出行政处罚决定机关为鄂州金融监管分局。
