11月27日，万通发展（600246）发布公告，公司股票于2025年11月26日和27日连续两个交易日，收盘价格涨幅偏离值累计达到20%。
公司2023年至2025年连续亏损；控股股东及其一致行动人持股的97.19%（占公司总股本33.03%）已被质押，另有2.81%持股被冻结，其45.77%持股曾遭流拍；公司实际控制人、董事长王忆会目前正在配合公安机关调查。
2025年前三季度，万通发展实现收入3.17亿元，归母净利润-1980万元。
